Our services involve research, outreach, writing, editorial coordination, and third-party commitments. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage and terms of the applicable campaign.
Before work begins
If you cancel before work has started and before third-party costs have been committed, we will review the payment for a refund, less any stated payment-processing charges or non-recoverable costs.
Work already underway
Once research, outreach, writing, optimization, placement coordination, or another agreed service has begun, completed work and committed costs are non-refundable. Any unused portion will be handled according to the applicable proposal or written campaign terms.
Unavailable placements
If an approved placement cannot be delivered, we may offer a suitable replacement, account credit, or refund for the undelivered item, depending on the agreed scope and the reason the placement became unavailable.
Published or accepted work
Completed and accepted services are generally non-refundable. Changes in search rankings, traffic, indexing, or later editorial decisions by third-party publishers do not by themselves create refund eligibility.
How to request a review
Email contact@webscape.marketing with your name, campaign or invoice reference, the affected deliverable, and the reason for your request. We will review the request against the agreed scope and respond with the available resolution.
Changes to this policy
Webscape Marketing LLC may revise, replace, or update this policy and its terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any change becomes effective when the revised policy is posted on this website, unless we state otherwise.
