Service.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms govern website use and services supplied by Webscape Marketing LLC. A signed proposal, order, or written scope may include additional terms specific to a campaign.
Services and scope
We provide digital and content marketing services, including guest posts, link insertions, link building, PR publications, and on-page SEO. Deliverables, timing, metrics, prices, and approval requirements are defined in the applicable package, proposal, or written agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate instructions, authorized website and brand materials, timely feedback, and lawful destination pages. You must not request deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content or campaigns.
Publisher and search-engine factors
Publisher decisions, editorial changes, indexing, traffic, rankings, and search-engine results are controlled by third parties. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, publication date, or continued third-party availability.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment schedules are shown in the selected package or proposal. Work may be paused when payment or required client materials are overdue. Taxes, bank charges, or third-party costs may apply when stated in the agreed scope.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you supply before publication. After full payment, rights in unpublished custom content created specifically for you are transferred to you to the extent stated in the applicable agreement, excluding our pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and know-how. Once material or content is published on a third-party website, the published version becomes the property of the relevant publisher and remains subject to that publisher’s editorial policies and control. Any later modification, correction, link change, or removal requires the publisher’s approval.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the agreed campaign terms and our Refund Policy. Work already completed and committed third-party costs may remain payable.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webscape Marketing LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party publisher actions, or search-engine changes. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wyoming, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
